Cancellation Fees
Cancellation requests submitted within the first 2 hours after placing the order are processed free of charge. Requests submitted after 2 hours but within the allowed 12-hour window are subject to a 5% processing fee based on the total order amount. Approved refunds for canceled orders are generally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.Order Changes
