Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Cancellation requests submitted within the first 2 hours are processed free of charge. Requests submitted afterward may incur a processing fee of up to 5%.
Refunds for canceled orders are generally issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
